William Mason
William Mason, born in Fayette county, Pa., 1806, moved with his parents to Ohio in 1811 and to Illinois in 1837, where his father died in 1839. He settled two and one-half miles south of Lafayette, until he moved south of Toulon in later vears. His wife, Mattie McWilliams, died August 10, 1851.
